Following an early career as a graduate management trainee in retail, I moved agency side into the world of performance improvement, where I established my credentials in communications, loyalty and reward and recognition with two of the global industry leaders. In 2006, I set up The Motivation Agency, where I have built a team of talented individuals who are all equally as driven and passionate about employee engagement as I am.
